Customer Voice

  • Ms. Wang

Make a phone appointment one day in advance and check the appointment record upon arrival at the hospital to see a doctor; Doctors and girls who speak Cantonese make me feel like I'm seeing a doctor in Hong Kong.
  • Mr. Zhang

I heard that this is a hospital run by Antony LEUNG, which I trust very much. Moreover, the price of a cataract surgery is much lower than that of a Hong Kong hospital. I am also very satisfied with the surgical results of a private hospital in Hong Kong.
  • Ms. Liu

The doctors here speak so gently, just like chatting with me, constantly reminding me of the precautions for daily life and diet. They are very attentive and come to see me for a good cost performance!

Eligible seniors and annual medical voucher amount

Elderly individuals who are over 65 years old and hold a valid Hong Kong identity card or a Certificate of Exemption from Registration issued by the Immigration Department are eligible to receive and use medical vouchers to pay for private primary healthcare services, except for those who have been issued a Hong Kong identity card based on their entry or stay permit, which has expired or is no longer valid.
At present, each eligible elderly person can receive a medical voucher worth 2000 yuan per year, with a maximum cumulative amount of 8000 yuan. Starting from the year in which the elderly are eligible for the Elderly Health Voucher Scheme, the amount of health vouchers they can receive in that year will be automatically deposited into their health voucher account on January 1st.

The unused medical voucher amount can continue to be used in subsequent years, and the unused medical voucher retention period is unlimited. However, the total amount accumulated in each eligible elderly person's household on January 1 each year (i.e. the sum of the medical voucher amount issued on January 1 of that year and the unused medical voucher amount in previous years) shall not exceed the upper limit of the accumulated medical voucher amount at that time.

The medical voucher not only reflects the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government's concern for the health of the elderly, but also allows the elderly to receive more tangible benefits when choosing Shenzhen Xinfeng United Family.
