- Belonging to the scope of direct payment: hospitals apply for pre-approval on behalf of patients
- Not within the scope of direct payment: Customers need to pay the fees themselves (or choose to pay and claim compensation)

-The hospital submits a pre-approval application to the insurance company (usually completed within 3 working days after receiving complete materials for routine cases)

- The insurance company provides feedback on the approval results to the hospital and issues an approval form

- The hospital promptly notifies customers of the approval results

After pre-approval, customers can receive treatment at the hospital, and the service scope is consistent with the "direct payment service scope" mentioned above.
