Visit the hospital for medical treatment

Doctors determine whether the treatment and testing methods fall within the scope of direct payment based on diagnosis:

- Belonging to the scope of direct payment: pre approved by the hospital upon application

- Not within the scope of direct payment: Customers are responsible for paying their own fees (or claims)

Pre approval

- The hospital submits a pre-approval application to the insurance company (usually completed within 3 working days after receiving complete materials for routine cases)

- The insurance company provides feedback on the approval results to the hospital and issues an approval form

- Hospitals and insurance companies promptly notify customers of approval results

Receive treatment

After pre-approval, customers can receive treatment at the hospital, and the service scope is consistent with the "direct payment service scope" mentioned above.

Expense settlement

- Customer pays out of pocket amount (if any)

- Sign and confirm to leave the hospital
