The Medical and Health Bureau announced today (19th) that seven medical institutions located in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area will be included in the "Elderly Healthcare Voucher Greater Bay Area Pilot Program", providing eligible Hong Kong elderly people with more service options when using healthcare vouchers in the Greater Bay Area. The included medical institutions include five hospitals and two dental medical institutions. The government expects that pilot medical institutions will gradually start providing services from the third quarter of this year, benefiting nearly 1.7 million eligible elderly people in Hong Kong.
